Building on the success of its predecessors, the ImPower 4 is the latest edition of the Youth Mentoring Program organized by YES. This program has been making waves in the lives of the Armenian youth, creating opportunities for mentorship, skill development, and meaningful connections. This fall, we are gearing up for an even more exciting and impactful adventure.
ImPower 4 Program is not just about professional development, it is about holistic growth. As a mentee, you’ll have the chance to refine your life skills, connect with peers from all corners of Armenia, and forge friendships that transcend borders. Through workshops, discussions, and hand-on projects, you’ll emerge from program as a more confident, self-assured individual with a clear path forward.
Are you aged 15-17 and ready to be mentored, or are you an experienced professional aged above 25 and above who wants to inspire the next generation?
The ImPower 4 Program welcomes applications from anyone who speaks Armenian, regardless of their location. Empowerment knows no boundaries, and we’re excited to connect with individuals from all walks of life.

The ImPower 3 Youth Mentoring Program will run from October 1th to December 1th, 2023.
